Looks great! I have been thinking a lot about how to upgrade the Base steering wheel. Did you send them your wheel and they wrapped it? Or did you purchase the whole thing from them?

I bought a new base wheel and sent it to them, turned it around in a week.

Yeah, how do you go about getting a replacement steering wheel? I'm always hesitant to think about replacing a steering wheel, but I'm overly cautious.

Just because it’s safety related, I’m gonna have the dealer do it while it’s in for the windshield recall. I’m hesitant too, but I hear it’s as easy as disconnecting the battery, taking care not to break the airbag cover or electrical connections, takes less than an hour.

That looks amazing. Reminds me of my f-150 Raptor steering wheel. I want to see if I can get a Bronco Raptor steering wheel on mine when it comes in.

When I was tossing around getting a Base or Big Bend, almost when with BB for the steering wheel. Glad I didn't! I like the base wheel it feels better on the hands and should last longer. I saved the money and ended up throwing in a Modular Bumper and a few other options.

That looks amazing. Reminds me of my f-150 Raptor steering wheel. I want to see if I can get a Bronco Raptor steering wheel on mine when it comes in.

I looked at putting on a F150 Raptor wheel on my base and it was a no go. You can get them cheaper then this costs.

So is it essentially a wrap over the old wheel or did they completely remove and replace the plastic? How does it feel compared to the old wheel, looks thicker (which I personally would enjoy coming from a BMW M steering wheel).
