FWIW, to the person asking about issues. Although not a base or sasquatch, I have a 2 door OBX 2.7 advanced 4x4 with the Lux package and have had 0 problems worth seeing a dealer over.
The biggest issues are things like double honk, seat belt chimes, missing GOAT modes, and other adjustments to the software features that make the Bronco more livable day to day can be easily fixed with FORSCAN.
I had a parking brake error twice that cleared itself immediately and no other significant problems (except for wind noise from the MIC 2.0 hardtop - which admittedly takes a bit of work to sort).
The factory speakers suck, but I have not experienced any rattling or other significant build quality issues over the past 6 months and 24k miles.
