Batting ZERO - Rough Country Parts

Wow that's quite an out of square defect on the Rough Country hitch. How did that pass manufacturing or quality inspection? You can visibly see the defect.

I ordered my hitch from Curt. It fit perfect but the bolts were too long and I had to trim them up- they hit the inside of the plastic bumper. Probably could have left them that way although I elected to trim them 1/8" shorter.

My RC Hitch fit without any issues, however it's already showing signs of rust after 6 weeks. :/

Flipping out on a forum? I essentially asked for feedback from people that might have more experience with that company, for which I have not.

in fact, the response from people on here is actually good to hear and promising.
And if you took the time time to read the post, I clearly stated we’ve made several calls over a period of time to no avail… then sent correspondence through their form on line.

as far as email them, I challenge you to find an email on their site.

But I appreciate your concern that I may have somehow attempted to disparage a well known company for naught. Which was not the case.
