Who is getting BD for other reasons but has no real use for overhead aux switches ?

I don't really have a use for them, but can definitely find a use which will give me an excuse to buy crap I don't need. So it all works out in the end.
Don’t have a use and would rather go without. Can I get a BD without them? Hate having a bunch of switches I won’t use

Really. What will this novice use them for ??
You don't absolutely HAVE to use them for anything. Additional exterior lighting is probably the lowest hanging fruit though. Fog and/or driving lights are great. A supplemental reverse light is also a really nice quality of life improvement.

So how can anything you’re wanted inside the cabin be connected to these switches ?

If you're wiring something up that's inside the cabin I imagine you'd run it to the interior side of the same bundle of wires that's passed through to the engine bay.

You could probably order the sunglass holder that goes in place of the switches at the parts counter and swap it out yourself, if you really wanted to ditch the switches.
