BD v BL Help me out.

I originally reserved a BL but have been playing around with B & P.

BD Squatch 2.7 Auto MID package Tow $46, 820 MSRP.

BL Squatch 2.7 Auto Mid Tow $50,070

Both have MGV but BD is black and space gray vs all black in the BL. BL has rock crawler GOAT, BD Sport. No sway bar disconnect in the BD. The grill and headlights are different. These are the only differences I could identify. Did I miss anything? Is the BL worth the extra $4k?

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head. Been thinking over that switch myself to save some $$.

If both have Squatch doesn't it have front and rear lockers, so it would just be the sway bar?

Advanced 4x4 is standard on BL.

BL also allows you to go High or Lux but if you don't plan to do that, then it's moot.

Badlands gives you access to higher interior packages. Key difference: the B&O radio, big ass touch screen.

BL gives accews to high and Lux packages. Black Diamond caps out at Mid package

BL, sexy headlights and grill
BD, naw dawg, at least not yet

BL, front locker and disconnecting sway bar
BD, no disco ever. Front locker only with Squatch

BL,4A, 4H, 4L
BD, gotta pay extra to get 4A

I've played mental gymnastics with myself over this for months.

Then by BD build was 39.5K and my BL build was 47.5K.

Was very easy to go with the BD at that point. I'm not doing any hard core off roading and although I'd like the mid package on my BD it's not a deal breaker as I HAVE to have the manual.

I'll be just as happy with my budget BD built and have an 8K cheaper bronco.

BL No Squatch, V6, Auto, Mid or
BL Squatch, V6, Auto Mid

33's or 35's... It really comes down to that. Mostly a daily.

The way I configured the BD with Squatch and 2.7 it shows the auto 4x4 engagement is included.
I guess it is appearance and disconnect if I do not care about a higher package? I know I wont be using the disconnect.

What front end look do you prefer? I really like the BL grill and lights but do I like it $4000 more. They make this more complicated than I think it should be.

Same dilemma. Want BD but want high package. Want BL but don’t really want to pay 48K for the high package and don’t need the fancy off road stuff. Might end up settling on OB with leather and changing flares. ? You should be 100% satisfied with your choice on a car, not questioning why you can’t have something as simple as a certain interior material or a screen. Fords system is stupid.

I have the same decision to make. Bl w/ 33's at $48,300 or Bd squatch at $46,600. I really only need 33's. But I like the grille and interior better on the Bd.

So far leaning Bd. I can always go down to 33's later if the wife can't handle the 35's.

I was in the same boat. 2dr, 2.7, auto and at least mid. If I go BL I would not get Sasquatch If I got BD I would get Sasquatch to even up most of the components. Difference is only about $700 so new grill and aftermarket headlamps and its a wash.
BD - 2dr, 2.7, auto, sas, mid, heated engine block - 46,325
BL - 2dr, 2.7, auto, mid, heated engine block - 47,080

Issue is I want signature headlights and like the BL grill better. I know I could probably get after market but at that point BD would cost more.

Also I think I want the high package. SO that puts me in the BL anyway.
