Ford Bronco BDS 3"-4.5" DSC Coilover Systems (Shipping Dec. 2021) for 2021+ Bronco 1904FDSC-4

Ford Bronco BDS 3"-4.5" DSC Coilover Systems (Shipping Dec. 2021) for 2021+ Bronco ADD-Bronco4Dr-4in-01

Coldwater, MI: BDS adds next level performance and capability for the 2021 Ford Bronco DSC Coilover Systems. Designed to outperform on and offroad, these systems build off the stout factory suspension geometry upgrading to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series (PES) coilover at each corner of the vehicle. With aluminum-bodies, massive 7/8” hardened chrome shafts, and dual speed compression (DSC) adjustment, the coilovers are specially tuned for 2-Door or 4-Door Bronco models. These coilovers come ready to install right out of the box preloaded with coils and mounting hardware for the shocks and reservoirs. DSC allows for easy tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression valving to meet your performance needs in any terrain and match your driving style. Net lift height varies based on the factory suspension configuration as follows:

Bronco 2Dr w/ Sasquatch package - nets 3.5" of lift
Bronco 2Dr Badlands trim (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4" of lift
Bronco 2Dr w/ base shocks (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4.5" of lift
Bronco 4Dr w/ Sasquatch package - nets 3" of lift
Bronco 4Dr Badlands trim (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 3.5" of lift
Bronco 4Dr w/ base shocks (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4" of lift

Along with the supplied FOX coilovers, BDS has engineered Performance Series upper control arms. The tubular design is specially formed to optimize clearance in a coilover configuration to allow for maximum droop travel along with clearance for a wide range of wheel/tire combinations. Camber angle is corrected at the taller ride height. At the frame mounts, BDS specs vulcanized rubber bushings for smooth, quiet maintenance-free operation in the factory mounts. High-strength FK uniballs add strength and provide more travel than traditional ball joints. BDS Performance Series control arms are finished in a durable gloss black powder coat with an anodized aluminum dust cap. These new systems are design for easy install with clearance for 35-37” tires. Take you Bronco to the next level with BDS and FOX.

These lift system are being pre-launched. Shipping begins December 2021

Pricing appears to be $5,873.85

Also provides a little info on their future lifts going past 4":
Over 4" of lift there are some additional provisions need to be made to correct suspension, steering and driveline geometry. We'll be offering 4.5" and 6.5" lift height suspension systems to include crossmembers, taller steering knuckles, differential relocation, FOX coilovers all the way around with the goal to allow clearance for up to 40" tires. More to come on these taller lift systems, but expect to see them out early 2022.

I know this post is about BDS accessories, but anyone have additional pictures of that red Bronco? I was looking at doing a graphics package very similar to this (over the rear door/fender) and this looks awesome. Hoping to see some different angles.

Thanks in advance!

I just talked to BDS. This is a 3-4.5 inch kit. I was hoping you could lift lower as well. Like 1.5. Not doing 3 inches with a non diff drop kit.

BDS makes great stuff though, great service too!

Thanks! The dipshit in me just clicked on the links in the OP and found some other angles. Should have probably done that to begin with! But your Instagram pictures are even better - Much appreciated!

When is it going on sale? The only thing it says on the website is you can sign up for pre launch but can’t purchase? This is what I’ve been waiting for!

So how about the shorter coilovers in the 2 inch range? Is Fox going to have those available soon?

Are we talking 3"-4.5" in the front or all the way around?
Front. About 1" less in rear for leveling.

Bronco 2Dr w/ Sasquatch package - nets 3.5" of lift
Bronco 2Dr Badlands trim (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4" of lift
Bronco 2Dr w/ base shocks (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4.5" of lift
Bronco 4Dr w/ Sasquatch package - nets 3" of lift
Bronco 4Dr Badlands trim (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 3.5" of lift
Bronco 4Dr w/ base shocks (w/o Sasquatch) - nets 4" of lift

Wow, that’s a steep price. $6k for a coil over system is a little much for a Toyota guy not used to paying near that much for a quality lift kit.

I’m more interested in the new ICON vehicle dynamics suspension technology they just released.

I love my bronco, but this is the same crap I ran into with my 4Runner. All the aftermarket stuff is insanely expensive. The aftermarket is still where Jeep wins.

I can buy a top of the line metal cloak suspension with 6-pak shocks for my gladiator for less than 4.5k and I guarantee you the metal cloak kit cost more to make.

Looking forward to some decent quality budget friendly stuff. It can be done.
