That's not what I was suggesting at all. Accidents happen. He, however, chose to buy a Bronco Sport which was a mistake.

Man, I freaked out last year when I pinstriped my Escape and nearly got stuck in sand in the middle of nowhere searching for a sweet place to camp near the water. And other times driving through snow squalls and sliding down icy hills on ski trips. I can't even imagine something like this. I'm glad everyone is OK.

Since then, my wife and I realized we've put ourselves in a few situations we weren't prepared for and we've done a lot of research on how to be better prepared for off-roading (even light off-roading). First thing, we ordered a 2DR Badlands and traded in the Escape for a Sport Badlands. And we also got some go-treads, a shovel, a small air compressor, fire extinguisher, and a few other supplies to store in the Sport for our trips. You guys have helped a lot in that department.

Funny - I always tell my wife to be careful because she constantly gets curb rash, plus a flat tire in really bad scenarios maybe once a year. But honestly, no more than a few months go by where she is showing me new rim damage.....But now i've been telling her the C load sas tires, plus taller sidewalls, she could pretty much play bumper cars in the driveway if she wants.
