Time for an aftermarket company to be thinking about a wide-body/wide-track lift kit (+ more travel). I want to hit a tight turn at 60 mph on dirt and not worry about flipping.

Sadly, this won't be the worst such story, either...Unfortunately, this will not be the last such story.
My kids have been well informed about curb rash. I stressed it every time they borrowed my car when they were younger. It was a bit of an obsession with me and they too have adopted it driving their own cars. They will even point out rash on other vehicles by pointing and shaking their heads in disgust.Funny - I always tell my wife to be careful because she constantly gets curb rash, plus a flat tire in really bad scenarios maybe once a year. But honestly, no more than a few months go by where she is showing me new rim damage.....But now i've been telling her the C load sas tires, plus taller sidewalls, she could pretty much play bumper cars in the driveway if she wants.
Does insurance generally cover off-road adventures like this? I'm more used to track days where if you have an adventure you are on your own for repairs.pretty impressive. But given that it looks like all airbags deployed, insurance is probably gonna total this one. Might make a nice build rig for somebody else. Glad nobody was hurt, that was a steep hill to roll down! Hope the insurance will help them out.
