Also plan on using the stock OBX rims since I power coated them

I just got the toyo AT3, they have a pitch at speeds, but are pretty quiet. I would say quieter than the sasquatch's

The regular Toyo RTs are relatively quiet, and wear like iron. I know you said no off road, but they are great there too!

Even if it doesn’t see the off road. It needs to look the part. I’m pleased with KO2’s.

I have the Toyo Open Country AT3’s on a couple of my vehicles. Quiet, look good and they last.

I have Toyo AT3 s on my Bronco and I think they are quiet. I also have the Continental Terrain Contact on a 2014 F150 and they are a great highway tire. Watch the load rating and the tire weight when selecting tires for highway use

Off the top of my head...

Bridgestone Dueler
Continental TerrainContact
Cooper Discoverer AT3
These are great choices as they are almost all-season - in quietness and looks. I like my KO3s for more aggressive look and not bad at all on the road (and off-road, of course).

I was extremely surprised at how quiet the K02s are. I was expecting a whine on the highway. But then wind noise could be masking it. :)

Mickey Thompson Trail Boss AT seem to be quiet, as quiet or quieter than the stock sasquatch good years, and quester than BFG AT.
Never tried the others.

I went with the Cooper Discoverer Stronghold AT All-Terrain Tire, LT295/70R18. Pretty quiet at all speeds, and a great aggressive look.

Bridgestone Duelers are about the quietest AT tires out there. Had them on several vehicles that didn't see much more than a dirt road or a grassy yard. They wear good, and have good traction on wet/slick roads.

Usually noise isn't a concern if you're after AT tires.
