Never looked at a car and said "I have to have it" until I saw the Bronco. Was planning on coasting with my Jetta until it died, but hot damn, I NEED the Bronco.

The bronco is the only thing that peeked my interest.
Interesting thread. People pointing out their pet peeves, and no one mentions "peeked my interest"? Where have all the grammar Nazis gone??? :(

A lot of what has been said. Maybe the last interesting car I will buy before my times up.

I think I should hold out and get some all electric vehicle, because I think that is the right thing to do, but I'm going to be selfish and buy the dream.

Another important reason is that everyone guy or gal should own a rear wheel drive CONVERTIBLE once in their life hopefully a manual.
Smiles per gallon, amirite? No vehicle has ever brought me as much daily enjoyment as the stick shift Wrangler that has been my DD the past 6.5 years.

Why? Genuinely curious/not trolling. I'm something of an outsider here as a current Jeep owner but am not a brand loyalist. (On the contrary, a switch to Ford is very much in play for me.)

On road your going to question your sanity. Off road you will appreciate everything that questioned your sanity. You will not take it to it's limits.
I question that statement, not the Bronco's on-road manners. It's not going to drive like a Jeep. It's not going to ride like an S-class either, but it'll be more than fine for on-road daily driving.

That said, we're getting one so that we can venture further and faster off-road than our current vehicle will allow. :)

Because I owned a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 and now own a 2013 Boss 302 which is SO MUCH Better. I can only imagine, I owned an 1975 Bronco, loved it, but to have that perfection of technology, priceless, my Badlands is ordered.
