I'm not especially interested in the wet look, but more so in keeping the tires less dull (and protected or easier to clean if that's an option).

Are the only options "wet look"?

Edit: Ignore this.... I have never been into detailing, but a Google search showed me just how many options there are for tires. Holy cow!

I like silicon based Perl. At full strength you get a wet look. Satin look if u mix it 50/50 with water. You of course need your own spray bottle.

Pledge has some sort of wax in it that furniture folks warn you against using, it actually builds up on the surface. I figure if ain't good for wood, it probably ain't good for rubber.

As to Armor All, I had a detailer warn me away from that long ago, has something in it that actually breaks down rubber over time.
