My buddy did this with a VW Bug and I know someone else that did it with an old Range Rover. They both built a folding ramp system to get up to the roof. The tough part was getting down.

I also don’t think it’s a motorcycle and it’s also not to scale at all. But I have seen someone drive a CR250 onto the roof of a ‘66 Bug and an early 90’s Range Rover

I read that it was kind of set up as a bug out vehicle. The ramps on the side were for getting the boat down off the roof. The hitch on the front was for unloading the boat in locations without a ramp and less than ideal locations. I think it sold on Bringatrailer recently. Definitely some redneck engineering.
