Wheel measurements are included in spec. 17x8.5 for 35" vs. 17x7.5 for 32" BD.

So then yeah, make sure you get the 8.5" somehow someway. I can't say how much I like that Ford is putting decent width rims on. I have never been a fan of just replacing rims for looks, I have always bought rims due to having to. The choice of 8.5" wide and the available rim locks fit me to a tee.

I will rarely take my Black Diamond off-road so Sasquatch will be overkill for me...but I love the look of the 35" tires.

Does anyone know if 35's can be installed on the 17" Black Diamond rims (steelies or the aluminum upgrade)? What will be the most economical way to do this?
They offer a high clearance suspension.

Get a 2nd part time job. Put in an extra 12 hours a week for next 9 months. Take the earnings and pay for the Sasquatch package.

Fact; IFS is more complicated and expensive than lifting a Jeep.

My opinion....If you want 35’s and avoid future warranty hassles, pay for the Sasquatch package. This will a critical feature when you want to sell it or trade it in.
Wheels need to be 8.5” wide for 35s. Steelies are 8”.

Running 35s a bit more complicated as gearing will be off, my Toyota friends in San Diego all running 4.88s to run 35s

That has more to do with the Toyota lacking low end torque. The Yotas also don't have nearly as good of a transmission gear spread as the Broncos.

That being said getting the factory package now then doing work later might be a better option as others said it will all be factory warrantied vs getting work done elsewhere when a problem does arise God forbid it’s not as easy to get fixed

I don’t think a lift will be cheap. By the looks of it, it seemed like the rear had coil overs as well. If you want 35’s, Sasquatch would be the way go. I want 37’s but I am not quite sure how to go about it yet.

The 2" lift will be a stand alone option, we think. Your other problem is the rim width. Just make sure your rim choice has the appropriate width so you do not have to spend money on replacing them. You need 8" wide, 9" is better. So far I have not seen any width measurements of the factory rims choices but if they offer the 315/70 some of the rim choices have to be 8-9" width.
Here are the specs with all the bronco option rim widths. https://media.ford.com/content/dam/...pdf/2021-Bronco-2dr-4dr-Prelim-Tech-Specs.pdf

So, after the (possible) pricing has been leaked I'm having second thoughts on whether the Sasquatch package is even worth the $4500 it would cost me + the $1600 for the auto trans. My question is, what are your thoughts on putting 35s+ (Possibly even up to 40" tires) on a non-squatched model. I've considered doing 2.3L with a manual and installing my own lift and tires, my concerns are:
Getting the aluminum front diff instead of the cast-iron that you get with the squatch package
Will I be able to get the front locker without the squatch?
Getting the smaller axle shafts
Will the 7 speed trans handle the bigger tires OK?
Will the 2.3L handle the weight of the vehicle with he bigger tires OK?

Now getting the 2.7L and auto trans is an option without the sasquatch package as well but is there going to be a way to get those bigger axle shafts and cast iron front diff with the locker?

I'll be getting the black Diamond which comes with a rear locker standard.

Thoughts?
