If this were offered in squareback form I'd be a buyer. Hope Besttop brings something along those lines to market sooner than later...

Yep, something like the ultra top that they have for the Jeep would be amazing.

I will say that currently, I am extremely unhappy with the 2 door Bestop Trektop. The noise levels are unbearable above 70 mph. I wish I had a dB meter to quantify it (I am probably going to order one).

Are you able to prop up the back section like the OEM version? How does that work for rear cargo access?

Are there whistling wind leaks or is it just the roof flapping?

The only thing I can think is Ford made them sign a non compete on square top or something.

There's allegedly one in development. Besides, Ford has made it pretty clear they don't really want to sell soft tops a la carte...seems like the market should be open.

Just curious, have you driven with the stock hardtop above 70MPH before? Reason I ask is because I have driven both and the hard top and trektop are about the same dB level on my 2 door. Both super noisy lol

I love mine. The slant top makes it where when looking in rear view mirror it looks like there is no top.

I have both tops for my 22 Outerbanks. Factory hard top and best top trektop. I switch them with the changing seasons. Love the trektop! I keep begging Bestop to make a duster that uses the same rail as the soft windows.

The roof flapping is relatively minor, the wind noise is obscene.

To be fair, I am wondering if there is something amiss with my Bronco, because even my hardtop was ridiculously loud. Even though I was able to make progress with the hardtop, it was still too loud.

Mind you, this is coming from someone who doesn't mind straight pipe motorcycles, peripheral port RX-7's, and has owned many convertibles. I really don't mind loud, but this is next level. The wind noise is loud enough that I can't hear the Flowmaster High Clearance Axle Back exhaust for the most part at highway speeds.

Well done Noah, an excellent balanced review. As a 2 door owner the Trektop is the only game in town if youˋre looking for a soft top. I love it, it’s a great product and it completely transforms the Bronco experience.
Do you have the black twill or black diamond? I have the two door and looking for info.
