Hey Bronco owners đź‘‹

The 6th generation Ford Bronco made a remarkable comeback after a 25-year hiatus. During its development, Ford actively involved Bronco enthusiasts, integrating their feedback into the vehicle's final design, contributing significantly to its successful acceptance.

I agree with what several have already mentioned. We need a soft top for the 2 door that is easy to install and folds all the way back. We also need a bikini top that mounts to the header seal above the windshield. Coming from the Jeep world, these are standard issue items.
Please and thank you!

Super glad you’ve asked.

My Bronco came with the 2-door slanted version and the hard top. I sold the soft top because the angle in the rear didn’t do it for me.

I would LOVE a soft top that maintains the boxy rear of the Bronco, and that folds fully down.

And definitely make a 2-door version.

Waiting to buy …

Please add a lift glass rear window to the current trektop and I’ll whip out the credit card right now. Pretty sure you guys made one for the jeep at some point. Really the only thing I wish my current trektop had as the current plastic rear window is a bid cumbersome, especially in the winter. It would make no need for a hardtop IMO.

P.S. please!

Pro Hybrid Slant Back Hardtop! Like this one. Rear glass pop up with gas struts and (ideally) a mount for a rear camera behind the glass. Additionally the sliding glass (with bug screens) on the sides. This would make loading far easier and be the "best of both worlds" IMO

Another vote for a soft top without the logo and a square back. I have the bestop skyrider now and while I love it because it's the best of both worlds (soft top and hard top), there is room for improvement. I have had to put pipe foam on the bows so the top that attaches to the bows doesn't flap. If you made the attachments without so much material/slack, the skyrider top wouldn't make so much noise going down the road. Happy to provide more detailed feedback. I picked the vinyl because its a closer match to the hardtop color than the twill but the twill probably would be quieter because its thicker. Making colors that match the hardtop would be cool also. Thanks

Bestop Team,

First and foremost, thank you for reaching out to the Bronco community for feedback on your 6th generation product offerings. It’s great to see manufacturers engaging with their customers.

However, I must express a significant level of frustration shared by many in the Bronco community. For years, countless Bronco enthusiasts have voiced their requests across various forums, social media platforms, and community groups for specific product features. Despite these repeated requests, it seems our feedback has been largely ignored.

Key Requests from the Bronco Community:

Matching Skyrider and Sunrider Tops
:

There has been a persistent demand for Skyrider and especially Sunrider tops that match the gray MIC hardtops. The current offerings look mismatched, Sunrider tops look like eyebrows next to our gray MIC hardtops. This aesthetic discord is a major concern for many Bronco owners.

Retractable Soft Tops:
Owners want a fully retractable soft top that folds all the way down, similar to what is available for Jeep models. The current designs leave the soft top looking crumpled or like a “man bun” on top of the Bronco, which is not visually appealing.

Additional Color Options:
Offering soft tops in colors other than black, such as gray, olive, white, and red, would be greatly appreciated. These options allow for greater customization and personal expression.

Square-Back Soft Tops:
Many owners prefer a proper square-back soft top that folds completely back, providing a more classic and functional look similar to the Jeep Wrangler.

Subtle Branding:
The large, white logos on the current tops are considered tacky and an eyesore. A more subtle, tone-on-tone branding would be much more acceptable and aesthetically pleasing.

Half Tops:
There’s a significant interest in half tops for the two-door models. This design would offer versatility and a unique look, highly requested by the community.

Rear Window Fold-Up:
A method to have the rear window stay folded up on the roof for open-air driving.

Perceived Favoritism:
It is disheartening to see the level of attention and customization options provided to Jeep owners compared to Bronco owners. The favoritism towards Jeep products is quite evident, and it feels like the Bronco community’s needs are not being prioritized.

Actionable Feedback:
We urge Bestop to take this feedback seriously and demonstrate that the Bronco community’s voices are heard and valued. Investing in these requested features will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also solidify Bestop’s reputation as a brand that listens and responds to its customers.

Transparency and Accountability
To ensure that community requests are heard this time, I will be tracking these requests and adding any new ones from the community. We will monitor what is delivered and when, to see if this engagement is genuine or simply an exercise in wasting our time.

We look forward to seeing tangible improvements and new product offerings that cater specifically to the needs of the Bronco community.

Thank you! :)
Word for word. This!
Thank you!

2 door Square back, and kill the slant back don’t even want to see others with it.

Grey and Tan options -literally no reason why these don’t exist. I have owned both 2 gray and one tan softoppers for pickups that held up exposed for years - and softoppers were better before bestop bought them out.

Frameless option-so many points on the frame/body/cage/sport bar etc where snaps or thumb screws could be used

No wavy windows

I put the trektop on my 2 door over 2 1/2 years ago and it’s been great. No complaints here. As others have mentioned a soft door kit would a fantastic option.
