Better Than X-Plan - Granger's 2K Under Invoice October Special - 2nd Dealer Switch

A lot of folks are upset about the X-Plan not being an option, and dealers not being forthcoming with information. But don't forget who has been honest, transparent, and who has offered the best pricing from the start - @Granger Ford . Their October special blows X-Plan out of the water by about $2K less. @North7 created the spread sheet attached at the bottom - it compares various dealer discounts to each other.

Ford is now allowing a 2nd dealer switch. For those not wanting to loose your spot in line, Granger still offer's the $1K below invoice. (October pricing must be a new reservation).

We're also still waiting on Granger's official response for $1,300 below invoice for X-Plan customers.

Granger offers a group shipping price (about $450 - $500 depending on location), that when factored in to your final number, will most likely still save you money.

I think it's hard to overstate how transparent and active they've been. As Ford continues to change their mind and details it makes it even more obvious to me that I need to change my reservation to Granger. From everything I've seen I trust them completely to be transparent and take care of their customers.

I believe one additional benefit of going through Granger is that they are offering invoice pricing on options not 'just' the $2k below invoice. Hard to overstate that this is huge since it's assumed to be a 6% discount on all options.

Well, options are on the invoice, they...so anyone offering invoice pricing or discount off invoice has those included.

Point of clarification: the October deal from Granger is contingent on making a *new* reservation. Transferred reservations fall under a different (albeit still great) discount deal.

I recommend heading over to the Granger discussions to see what your options are.

Full disclosure: My reservation is with Granger, and I’ve never felt better about giving my money to someone.

Even the first Granger $1k below invoice deal is better than what we are getting from our local dealers in Colorado... but more importantly to me and a lot of folks that are part of the Colorado Group Buy is the experience working with Granger through this big purchase. Transparency and honesty are hard to find in the automotive industry.

Since making the switch to Granger, I've had a huge weight off my shoulders. Even with Ford messing with discount plans this late in the game, which just about made this forum implode yesterday, we were not impacted by it.

true but do you know if some dealer might just say 'oh I'll give you invoice on the base price but any DIO or options will be at MSRP.' Definitely could see that happening.

Granger has been great! I hadn't reserved yet, and was still solidly on the fence. After talking with Granger, it was a no brainer going with the 2k below invoice deal for any bronco reserved with them in October. They instantly responded to me via both email and DMs through this forum. They have been super cool to work with so far, and getting to road trip my bronco home after purchase only adds to my excitement level. If you are on the fence like I was, or are worried about the xplan shenanigans, don't hesitate switching to Granger.

With the news today I just added a new, second reservation with Granger. Hope the October deal for $2k under invoice is still good lol.

Build and Price tonight will determine if I keep and move my original reservation or just cancel it.
