I might just be misunderstanding your comment, but wouldn't BL have the same exact crawl ratio as the BD when both are ManSquatched? Actually am I overthinking this, wouldn't every trim have the same crawl ratio as BL when ManSquatched?
Yes, but, I didn't clarify, I was speaking without Sasquatch.

What about the steel rear bumper? Is that added when you upgrade to the modular steel front bumper? Both are standard on BD.
The heavy-duty underbody plates are also unavailable on BB (standard on BD). You can only upgrade the front bash plate on BB.

Out of all the features I wish they didn't have the turn assist standard on all the models/trims w/e. It's probably a $500+ feature and how many times you think someone will actually use it to justify the cost? I'd rather it be left out and save me the $.
I was wondering if the turn assist was standard, i haven't seen it mentioned lately. Is the one peddle drive when in 4x4 also standard on automatics? I havent seen it discussed lately either

Question about Sasquatch package: I'm thinking of holding off on the Sasquatch to make it more affordable and will possibly invest on the big wheels later. What options should I add to compensate for what the SQ offers??
I looked into this. It's not just big tires and wheels. It's the lowered rears to prevent you from losing torque, the lift to make room for them, upgraded front axle, different shocks, locking rears, enhanced bash plates, wider fender flares and some things I am probably missing. All doable after market, but unless you turn your own wrenches, pretty sure that it will come out to be around the same $...

I'm think I'm going to stick with black diamond because I like the seats and floor better on BD, but I noticed this yesterday too. And quite disappointed the signature lights aren't available on BD.
Same. I hope there’s aftermarket option for signature headlights

I don't think that's a glitch. I believe the $1895 engine upgrade includes the automatic which is in line with other vehicles. Ford should confirm or not this week.
I just left the B&P. It does say (In the information tab about the 10 speed) the 10 speed is standard equipment with the 2.7 upgrade. Seems like a great deal to me!
I do think there is a glitch when adding the mid-package and getting the 10 speed auto as part of the deal. (Although with the mid package including remote start and that requiring automatic transmission, maybe not!) I hope I'm wrong! If I am, then that locks in the BB over the OBX for me. If not, then It's a toss up. It comes down to do I prefer color keyed flares and mirrors or not!

I am in-between these same builds. A couple of my thoughts...

BD gearing is better for 33s later (same gearing as BL)
BD has more GOAT modes
MGV is an upgrade. Cloth is on a base. (MGV on BL)
The higher trim level will hold its value better (cheapest house in the best neighborhood)
Upgraded headlights will probably be available aftermarket.

My thoughts then move on to:
2.7 BaseSquatch vs BB/BD
Exactly where I am

Trail turn comes with all automatics. One pedal comes with 2.7.

Black Diamond is better than Big Bend. Don’t hurt yourself thinking otherwise. The floor and seats win out over the headlights.
It really depends on what you need. I'm still looking back through all the feedback from the people who have felt and seen the MGV in person to gather their impressions.

Everyone who has felt and seen the MGV in the MGV thread has said it's really good and would most likely get them.

But the thing is.. those exceptions are big for me. I just don't want cloth seats, as that's a pretty big deal breaker. Black Diamond is still a great value for me, as the vinyl seats and drain plugs are too major for me to sacrifice. I am thinking of just not doing sasquatch and moving up to OBX since I the lux package adds so much, and without the sasquatch it comes close to a decked out BB, or a well-optioned BD. I can live with 6 GOAT modes, and the suspension and tires, etc. I can upgrade later. Such a hard choice between value though!! Now I'm even considering a low-optioned Badlands since it comes standard with 33's... This is pure agony!!
It really is. I'm all over the place, building everything from bases to BLs... It should have been much simpler, just a few very strange decisions have made the process much more difficult.

Same thing with other trims like OBx vs WT... by the time you build up the lower trim, it's cheaper to buy the higher trim up. Ironically.. when you build out the trims really close to each other , they are all close enough that price should not dictate which trim you buy (Interior seems to be more of a driving factor!)

I know none of us are ever going to sell our 21 Bronco, but for everyone not on this forum, you're vehicle is going to be worth more on trade/sale with the Higher trim level, vs the lower trim level optioned up. Just food for thought.
