Why does this matter?

It’s a strange day when you can use the banks money on a new vehicle and re-sell it for a profit. These are not houses they are depreciating assets that 90% of them will be in a scrapyard or a new box spring mattress in 20 years.

I've left almost every Raptor FB group because they are just people trying to flip Raptors now. If someone wants to buy a flipped Raptor go for it but I'd rather not have the ads thrown at me everywhere I look.

What seems a little slimy about this is it was pre-delivered on 09/08/2022. So no payment to FMC has been made on it? It will be sold on 10/06/2022 if the reserve is not too high.
