I'm hoping it does! I don't imagine it'll be a problem. For easy removal down the road the generous film thickness will be key on the MIC since it's textured.

Do you think it would stick to the MIC?
In my experience it sticks to most anything, just needs to be clean. My main thought with the MIC is no permanent changes needed to apply the product. Unlike paint where you'll be scuffing/sanding priming and never be able to get it back to original.

my recommendation is not to do large pieces or multiple things around the car, it'll start looking cheap. my brother did various parts on his Ram that were chrome. it started looking off and cheap. over time it started going greyish and it looks very beat up.
If it hasnā€™t been answered how did u stick it back on

Id say you really did overkill on the spray. I did the plasti dip on my jku rims (say what you want) but I wanted to keep stock. Buddy said "I give it two months and they peel... Well couple trails later, some tire changes and they still hold up.

Future reference just use post cards under it. You wouldn't have to have peeled all that extra spray

Looks great! I see you added the Bronco script on the side in addition to the Badlands badge. Did you have to remove and relocate the Badlands badge? It looks lower than mine - I also have the script I want to put above Badlands but am hesitant to peel it off to place it elsewhere.

Any tips/tricks/considerations? Thanks!

Yes my badlands badge came off easy and I re stuck it lower to make room for the Bronco Script the advice I have is to measure every thing and use a pencil or masking tape to make lines so it all looks straight (I admit mine are not perfect) Good Luck!

Hey Looking to do this to the emblem and beauty rings when mine comes in. How did you get yours so smooth and glossed looking? I've seen a lot that look dimply and almost like cast iron. Did you sand and or add glossifier?

you can buy plasti dip that has a gloss finish. Although looking at his cans in the picture it doesn't say gloss black

I always do 7 or 8 thin wet coats (no sanding just plastic dip prep cleaner) and it comes out nice and yes you can use glossifier but I wanted to matt black look.

Nice spray job, well done.

Good olā€™ Plasti-dip - is. there anything it canā€˜t do?

šŸ˜‰
Itā€™s like hot sauce, you can put that scheisse on everything.
