I’m still excited the license plate appears it will be fully visibility with my 1up bike rack installed. Currently it is almost 100% blocked and they do make a way to move it but, nah, I’ve been rolling the dice with in Alabama.

Did some rough measurements today and from the top of receiver there is about 6” clearance when folded.

I don't mind the wheels so much. I don't love them being painted shiny black.
That’s how I feel. where is carbonized gray when you need it? Amirite or amirite?

I’ll likely choose the aluminum rim, but every upgrade like that tends to push me up (or down) to a new model. At some point I can Sasquach the Bend or OB with less other upgrades.

As a person that lights to make a living, I think we should be careful judging things like shiny rims and MIC hard tops in these assembly line photos. Everything looks horrible with this lighting. I dread seeing Cactus Grey and Area 51 in this lighting. We are all going to loose our minds with those photos! If you don’t believe what I’m saying, schedule your next Christmas card photo at the dentist office and use that light they have hanging.

If you don't like the steels wheels then you could always go for after market wheels. Maybe just swap over the tires. Here's some I found on Discount Tire's website. Based on the wheel size of 17x8, Bolt pattern of 6x139.7, Offset 0, Backspace of 4.75

Discoun Tire Website
Is this the actual / proven bolt pattern of the new bronco?

Yes.
Mike L confirmed in a Tweet that the Base Bronco uses the 16x7 Ranger steel rims.
They have a 6x5.5" bolt pattern, 55mm offset and a 93.1 mm hub bore.

I love the steel wheels. It's the reason I'm going with BD. However I am not crazy about the shiny black and prefer the matt look in the Ford picture. I also like the tire better than the grabbers.

Please stop talking about the MIC grey top, lol.

I don't care for the Bucking Horse Emblem. I'd rather have, like the original, FORD letters stamped in the tailgate.
Totally with you on that. Was considering replacing the horse with the letters until I noticed Ford stamped a recess in the panel for the blue oval logo, meaning if you remove that - as I would; pointless to have "FORD" twice on the panel - you essentially have a hole left to fill. Stupid.

Where did this Black Diamond go? This is the only real picture we've seen of it that I can remember. Are there any other non-sasquatched BD pictures out there?

Very curious about those General Grabbers and if they will look small on the Bronco being just under 32 they are the smallest tires other than the base 30s. Hard to tell relative size without a side view of the rig.

From the video someone posted, with the alternate wheels but the same tire size

The Area 51 is a BD
Thanks guys! Never realized the one from the video was a black diamond but looking closer i believe you're correct, and the A51 from the lineup i always thought was squatched but realize now its just the optional wheels.

These pics make me feel a lot better. Yes, 33s and up look great but those grabbers dont look bad at all IMO. Plus im planning on a 2door which i think makes the proportions a little better, 4doors need the bigger tires to look right
