Body Color / Roof Color combos...what works and what doesn't

Beyond the $1200 poke in the eye and long delays for a black roof, I thought I'd go Clint Eastwood and share some my thought on what colors actually are the good, the bad or the ugly with the MIC roof. Bonus points for those who factor in bumper color and black roof rails on their models. I know it's subjective, but this is what me eyes tell me...

The good:

Oxford White, Antimatter Blue, Area 51, Cyber Orange, Velocity Blue, Race Red, Rapid Red

The bad:

Carbonized Grey, Iconic Silver

The ugly:

Cactus Grey

A51 with the MIC top is one of my favorite combos, period. I think it looks better than with the black MOD.

I'm perfectly fine with that lol. With all the buzz the last few days I'm gonna hold out for the body-colored top I've wanted all along.

To me, it’s about matching the grill and the roof. Black grill, black roof. Gray grill, gray roof. White grill, white roof.

Copy that. Same thing is on a running loop in my mind.

But looking at the pre-pro units numbered 250 & above, MIC seems to be a lot darker today than early on.

I think it looks best with 51, Oxford, Rapid, Race, & Iconic; I'm toggling between the later three

I like the white top with OW, CO, the blues and the reds, and Cactus

But I don't think I'd want an MIC white top......only painted

Or else I'll just wait for a white Bimini top for occasional use
