Booked Off Rodeo....lil disappointed

Booked the Texas location for September 3rd for the wife and I. Went to finalize my reservation and saw I was still paying 200 bucks for myself plus the 395 for the wifey. Ford shouldn't say it's included for one person then still charge for it......oh well should still be a great time. Anyone else going that weekend?

It’s refunded after taking delivery of your bronco. It’s to prevent people from ordering just to go to the off-roadeo then bailing.

Yours should be covered except for the $35 registration fee. You should also have a redemption for $200 off for a guest.

So I just finished on Father's Day weekend. I paid the $200 with the understanding it was to be refunded to me. I asked about it at the event and they said "7-10 business days", it was in my account by Tuesday.

Just remember that in order to qualify for the refund you have to have taken possession of your Bronco AND complete the attendance at the Offroadeo event.

If you already have your Bronco, there's special VIP parking available at the Texas event for you You get to be right up front close to the main building aka Base Camp for all to see your beautiful Bronco.

Same here, I couldn't change the website about my vehicle.
The $200 is a Deposit, and should be refunded to you after you attend like stated above.
As far as adding a person, I paid $178.08 for an additional person to come, it automatically deducted the $250 discount that Ford gave out for "Hanging in There" or whatever it was.
I am doing the Nevada Off-roadeo in November during SEMA week.

They refunded me a couple of weeks ago for the Off-roadeo I attended last July. My Bronco is on a train and I won't take delivery til end of the month.

I went to Moab in March. I took delivery of my Bronco 2 weeks ago and got my off roadeo refund last week.

I emailed them when my Bronco was delivered and they changed the info in the system. Still haven't gone to Off-Roadeo.

When you converted your reservation to an order, they provided a coupon code - otherwise I think they need to verify your purchase with your VIN to provide the discount

If you email or call Bronco Nation about this, they'll talk you through it. They're SUPER responsive and great to work with (could be bc I'm a BN member though)
