Our Short Throw Shifter Yolk is designed differently than the OEM one and where the shifter cable attaches to the shifter it reduces the shifter throws. It's not easy not easy to see without comparing them side by side but the shifter was 100% designed to be shorter than the stock one.

Just installed my Boomba short throw, took a little less than 2 hours. I paired it with the Twisted Shifterz red shift knob and Redline leather red stitch shift boot; great combination and massive upgrade from the oem on all three components. I definitely feel the difference, more crisp and clean shifts, between the boomba short throw and the Steeda clutch spring it really brings the driving experience together nicely.
