Bottle Jack Accessories - where to find or can someone make them?

Hello forum,

I am looking for bottle jack accessories - namely a flat pad and a pad that could be used for going around the axle. I haven't found much out there that isn't ridiculously overpriced (and that will ship to Canada), so I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations? Or if not, how much would it cost someone to manufacture what this guy did in their garage and I could pay for your time/materials?

I appreciate any information you can share!

Thanks for the tip. They don't deliver straight to Canadian addresses but 4WP distributes them into Canada it seems. I'll take a look - thanks much.
