Just guessing here but the issue with the loaner may very well be the same issue that it is difficult to get a rental car. With the all time high prices on cars, the dealer probably sold most of the vehicles that were service loaners. Second, since you didn't purchase the Bronco from them, the dealer probably feels a bit less obligated to give you a service loaner.
I think the suggestions out there to contact Ford Customer Service is the best one.
Sorry to hear about your BD! 3-4 weeks is unacceptable for sure! Saw this post and checked my coolant tank and coolant was below the MIN line. Cap was also not fully tightened also. Picking up special ford coolant in the am from ford to top it off. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this for now. Good luck and I hope you get your bronco back ASAP!

I’m guessing there are no cars to loan and the Ford dealership here has had cars sitting for 12 weeks waiting on parts.
Geez, I feel for ya- op. So nice that you are one of the lucky ones to get a Bronco this year- a 2 door Sas to boot- not many of them produced.
And 3-4 weeks out is just terrible. Did they do a diagnosis and the lead time is for parts or is that just their back log to get to it? Either way, terrible and you are without a ride.
The issue could be a simple fix or could be way more involved. I am very curious as to what it ends up being.
With my years of experience on working on vehicles if this happened to me I would have for sure dove into it and at least seen what was going on.
Anyway- keep us posted. Really nice Bronco- close to what I had on order - a white 2 Door Basequatch until I was bumped into having to re-order from scratch and start the process over with another year wait.

I had the same problem, loose radiator clamp, on my 2002 Sport Trak.
I put over 260,000 miles on the truck and had no other issues.
I believe this is the only Bronco I’ve seen driving down the street, so disappointing if true. Let me know which dealer is taking forever.

WE had to take in our Edge for warranty work and they gave us a Mach-e to drive for the day. Super fast car!

Just talked to the manager -60 cars ahead of me for repairs. Trying to get me a rental car. I am calling Ford Customer service. They have not even looked at it yet.
