I have the OEM wireless charger but always overheats my phone and hardly adds any charge. Does this one not have the overheating issues? I am looking for an upgrade that will actually charge my phone without damaging the phone. Your feedback is appreciated.

For me I just use a 1ft c cord. Wireless android auto is not the best...plugged in much more solid and c charge is pretty quick. I like the idea of wireless but android auto suffers too much.

I have a short daily commute, so I haven’t had the chance to test for heating yet. This one definitely charges better for sure though.

The surface looks slick any issues with your phone sliding around and not charging efficiently?

I installed one of these last year and haven't had any issues. It charges my ZFlip5 phone fine but if I have the case installed It has to lay folded a certain way to charge.
