Good point but I don't see the CV as a fail point yet, BroncBuster is on some nasty tires with a manual with wheel hop and they have not popped, they won't with stock and 37" tires either.

Spare tie rod ends seems like a simple answer - make note of the thread count before as well so the alignment will stay close.
there have been more than a few CV failures as well already but seems the tie rod or the 2.7 in general has the most failures. I know this is the first year but seems to be weak.

I only recall a couple and I spend more time on B6G than I care to admit so I think this is an exaggeration. The axles seem pretty tough so far.

The failures have been the CV's not the axles themselves. Mostly attributed to bad CV angles due to lifts.

Nice repair op !,had to do the same one time I used a wrench got all the way back to civilization.

I have returned to the wild thanks to some part number recommendations from a b6g member and an upgrade from Broncbuster. It took about a month to track down parts but it all went together smoothly once they arrived
