I finally got this far this morning, but it's been an hour now and still no confirmation email (yes, I checked the spam folder).
UPDATE - I finally got the confirmation email later in the day. Apparently it comes from your local dealership so it is up to them how long it takes.

I’m on the payment screen for Over an hour just watching the blinking Ford logo waiting for my CC info payment to be processed. Wtf
Don’t understand their website. I tried constantly last night for 3 hours and finally got a reservation at 10:00pm. I thought I would be on the tail end of the initial wave.

Same scenario as you. Did it finally go through? Refreshed a couple times and it does the same thing.
Per my local dealer: $100 now fully refundable. $500 later this year to spec out, not refundable but the $600 total now paid goes toward downpayment. Don't expect delivery until mid to late 21. Won't need to arrange financing and insurance until it arrives.
