Does anyone know the dimensions of the rear cargo area on the Bronco 4-door, I checked the website and I couldn't see it.

I included the Jeep JK space for reference.

I will admit that I am a little nervous about the cargo space for the 4 door. I am going from Ford Explorer, which has TONS of cargo room, to the Bronco. I understand there will be trade offs, but still would really like to know if I can get 4 large suitcases in the back to shuttle a family of 4 to the airport for vacation. If not I guess I will be ordering a roof rack! :ROFLMAO::LOL:

Seems small. I just measured my wife’s discover sport LR, and the front and second row are fairly similar but the LR’s cargo is much bigger. And I consider that a small SUV. Not a big deal for me as I plan using trailer and roof racks, but dang, where’s all the space hiding.

The vehicle is relatively short compared to the unibody SUVs we see, because while the external dimensions are comparable, some of that length is taken up by the spare wheel mounted at the rear.

Approximations based on 20" 2-door measurement:

2-Door
50 x 40 x 20 = 40,000 cubic inches or 23.15 cubic feet. Ford says it has 23.6
48 x 42.5 x 20 = 40,800 cubic inches or 23.611 cubic feet

4-Door (by using above numbers)
50 x 40 x 31.5 = 61,000 cubic inches or 35.30 cubic feet. Ford says 35.6
48 x 42.5 x 30 = 61,200 cubic inches or 35.41 cubic feet
2 door hip room is the tell tale for width of cargo. I backed into 44/45” width x 33” for 4 dr

2 door is 20.5” to protruding seat mechanism (22” to back it seat) so that checks out at 33” deep.

Still shallow nonetheless. It’s honestly a foot shorter than a well packaged midsized unibody. But a good tall squared off box.

Do we know what space is under the loading floor with the tire on the back? Anything usable there?

In my head the 4 door is longer only in the cargo area. We know the 2 door in NYC was 20” so im guessing about 33-35” is about right.

I can definitely live with 33" - 35". I currently have approximately 34 in my Rubicon. On a two week beach run I can stack the heck out of my Rubicon cargo area with luggage for two adults and two teenagers. And thats with my wife over packing, lol.

I don't think it will be huge, but I have my Excursion for large enclosed cargo space and 8 seats.

The mystery of the depth of the four door cargo space will be revealed soon enough
