Fair, but that barbed wire at the top is not friendly to climbers. Maybe they went to get a section of carpet or something to throw over the barbed wire to make it safer to traverse?

Is that cover supposed to be white? It looks like this image might be under exposed causing it to look darker than it really is. I think it's white, not the greyish color it appears to be. Somebody with image enhancing tech want to try mess with exposure so we can see what the real color is?!

They probably went to get a set of bolt cutters. Why climb it when you can cut a hole in it?

It's called "efficiency," boomer.
A Boomer would pay the Zoomer $8 to risk their life to get the pic, then complain about them being a degenerate when they got caught and arrested. A Millennial would have just taken a pic when the tarp wasn't on it. Gen X put up the fence because latch and key are a way of life.
