Where do Canadian dealerships fit in all of this ? Do they open on the 20th ? Do they have their allocations ?

This sounds contrary to what we’ve seen here that was shared with dealers.my dealer is only submitting orders based on the allocation they received. At least for now.
Im really confused about the FEs. If a dealer has two FE allocations, but has 3 FE orders, what will they do? I was under the impression FEs were not part of allocations and we would all get one if ordered.I've got the same degree - I think the answer is in the P Verses NP Problem:
"For some questions, there is no known way to find an answer quickly, but if one is provided with information showing what the answer is, it is possible to verify the answer quickly."
Just 1 device going here, but it was a MacBook so maybe that was my advantage??? Lol.
I must have tried 5 times to complete the reservation with my local dealer but it kept getting rejected. I made a final effort with a different dealer about 20 miles away and it went through for a FE on 7/13 @ 7:59pm PST. In August I got the email from Ford indicating the reservation could be moved and so I moved to my local dealer on 8/24.
Spoke with my dealer today - they had around 138 reservations, but at this time will receive 2 FE and 26 Base to Wildcat models - 28 total. Interestingly the dealer shared that they had around 37 day 1 reservations - not sure where I fit in queue with that.
My dealer also shared that another larger dealer in the area had 350+ reservations but was allocated 91 units - not sure on the FE/non-FE breakdown.
My reservation confirmation email was received at 10:40 pm on July 13. So a couple minutes after you. I haven't been able to get a response from SAC on where I am in line, but based on your place I think I'm good to get in the initial allocation. Thanks for the info.My time was at 10:38 and I'm low 40's at SAC. I don't think many, if any July 14th people will get an allocation. So 20 minutes before you and around 10 spots different. So at our dealer if you didn't reserve before 11:30 you might be out for this year. Just guessing.
I have the same confusion and uncertainty. I talked to my dealer again today - they still didn't know how many of their reservations were for FE - or maybe they just didn't want to share the info yet. I'm guessing if they have more than 2 FE reservations that they will eventually receive additional allocation.Im really confused about the FEs. I can't seem to find it, but I believe that I read here somewhere that First Editions are not included in allocations and all will be built without impact the dealer allocation.I have the same confusion and uncertainty. I’ve been attempting to ask my dealership questions since Saturday. The sales rep has responded to a couple of texts. He ignored my questions about allocations and where my reservation is in line at the dealership. As far as ordering he just said I should receinfo from Ford and that they don’t have full details on ordering and that he would contact me as soon as they had more info.
This is what a lot are running into. The "If it's not going out the door today, I'm not putting any effort into it attitude. We are far more informed and up to date than most dealers and their minions.I have done the same since last week. The answer I got, “We will know more next week.” My guess is that he doesn’t want to scare me away, by telling me the truth.

My actual timestamp was 10:37:57 and my confirmation email was 10:38 so it was pretty accurate. Apparently some have a time stamp in their email and some don't. No time stamp in my email.my reservation email time stamp.
Call 800-334-4375 and ask for a Bronco specialist. Ask them for your actual time of reservation, not just the date. They can tell you.Apparently some have a time stamp in their email and some don't. No time stamp in my email.
The only possible catch is that there was instruction to convert for future allocation and yet "hold" for 22 which goes against the allocation percentage. So confusing. This sounds contrary to what we’ve seen here that was shared with dealers.
They were given a very rough estimate to start to anticipate what will happen, but actually allocations is based (in part) on how many reservations they ultimately convert to orders... which ford won’t know until the banks close. Only then will actual allocations be calculated and shared with dealers.
It sure would suck if Dealer A was just told they should expect about 30 allocations because Ford anticipates 100 conversions... and then the dealer only converts/enters in 30 orders... and Ford ends up only awarding them 10 units in the end.
If my dealer was saying they weren’t going to enter in all their orders because they don’t have the allocations for it... I would be very concerned.
(My dealer is planning on entering all orders because that’s what Ford told them to do, and is in line with how I interpreted what Ford put out to dealers that I’ve seen here.)
