Just posting a few thoughts.
I see the Everglades as being a quasi Bronco equivalent to the Ineos Grenadier, though significantly cheaper and easier to maintain.
Despite the additional $15,400 chicken tax making the Ineos Quartermaster pickup sell for around $90,000*, North America customers are demanding them. Thus, I feel a 4-door Bronco Everglades and Heritage trimmed pickup would find certain success.

I'd probably choose a Daddiator first over this due to my preference for stick, figure a used one and shipping it to a shop that does Hemi swaps would be around the same price as this Rhinestone Cowboy
Not saying this ain't impressive, but how'd they miss the mark on the transmission option if it's supposed to be a modern classic defender? Seen a few in person, gotta double check that it's not an actual defender, like what I see, but just sharing my 2 cents as well

I regret the Everglades with its 2.3L isn't available with a manual transmission option. I humbly feel that would goose up the sales numbers (Hopefully the MT88 Getrag 7-speed's issues have been resolved). The 10-speed auto is wonderful, but I'd have liked a manual.

Just do both?
We used to be a 2 Bronco household (2021 Badlands and a 2021 First Edition) + a 2007 FJ Cruiser. 2021 Badlands was totaled in May by a DUI/drug driver. Took a while with insurance and we were in no rush. Wife really drove her Badlands.. She stuck with the FJ.

I had reserved a Grenadier, it was built and delivered in April to the dealer. I turned it down. Took the wife to look at the new Land Cruiser, GX550, Tahoe and the Ineos... she settled on the Ineos. I didn't even think to ask if my original order was still there. We kept scraping through the inventory and everything had too much or too little. I wanted tow hitch and F&R lockers for sure... Well we stumbled on our original reservation, apparently I forgot to order heated seats.. but other than that, wife is very happy and is now watching how to videos and she parked the FJ in the back of the driveway. Probably a good transition from the FJ that had no tech. This is her first car with carplay, backup camera and bluetooth.

I wish the Grenadier had blind spot monitoring and the rear camera view is kinda lacking, but we got along without that stuff for a long time.

Added tint today- if anyone wants a direct comparison, I am happy to answer questions. Plenty of reviews that highlight the gauge cluster and steering, but I think you just adapt to them..

different vehicles for sure… both have their place in our driveway/house.

Roxer Mahindra comes to mind, but this as a rip off of a vintage Defender.

Far different levels of execution. recaro seats, BMW drivetrain, Carrara axles, eibach suspension, and road worthy… designed by Magma and built in a former Mercedes factory.

Oh, I don't doubt that, it just looks like a cheap knock-off. And while I don't see the Everglades connection, I always thought of a black 4-door Wildtrak as a poor-mans G-wagon. Unfornately the OP's link is a paid one, when he says " North America customers are demanding them.", I'd question if their sales figures back this up. Anyone know how many they have actually sold here?

I myself don't know anyone who feels the Ineos Grenadier looks like a "cheap knock-off".

I don't see a 4-dr Wildtrack having anything in common with a G-wagon.

Automotive News is the holy grail of auto journalism. And alike gasoline and food, you have to pay for it.

At $250 for a simple digital subscription, I suspect the number on this forum that can read from the link you posted can be counted on one hand, that's why I asked the question. Did they say how many of these quasi Roxer's, have actually been sold in the US? Obviously, this is something the holy grail of automotive journalism have access to.

About 1250 this year with a market goal
Of 8000-10000 a year max to avoid CAFE fuel economy standards. It’s not intended to be a wide market.
Stop calling it a roxor etc. go to a dealer and check out the build quality. It’s about 4x the price of roxor. It’s not meant compete with a Bronco and really not against the Land Cruiser/GX/4 runner or wrangler.

I think there are 18 dealerships so far…

1. "If you want to play, you have to pay."
2. Automotive News' subscribers has thousands of digital subscribers.
3. The Roxor has been built and sold in the US for quite some time.

The Ineos is t he Defender that Land Rover claimed they could make because of "rules" basically.
When we saw the results of LR's Defnder and then the Grenadier, it was apparent that the Grenadier was the Defender we wanted but LR refused to make.
