I would try calling to a higher level in ford, not that dealership. They've come down on dealers for the same reason and I think they are best suited to help you

break out your signed sales agreement with agreed upon pricing and tell them to adhere to the agreement

As we’ve seen with others, you have to go scorched earth on them. If you don’t have twitter, make one. A burner account even. Lay out your story, tweet at Levine, Ford, individual consumer advocacy reporters, the bigger the fuss the better, just Blast them. Same thing on here, put out their name and go to town. They do this stuff because no one puts them on blast, but you gotta come with some force.

Without a written agreement, your best bet is contacting GM or Sales manager or even Ford directly..

Again. Literally why folks do not trust car dealerships. The entire structure of car sales needs to change. No other commodity do we bicker back and forth over the price and haggle. It’s so frustrating. Also how do I tend to know more about the vehicles, or terms of leasing then the salesman? Or do they just continue to lie. It’s infuriating.
