I always laugh at the home makeover shows that my wife watches when they aren't in California, New York, Florida, or Colorodo. The prices of houses blows my mind......SO CHEAP. I live in probably one of the cheapest areas of California and a 2000 sq ft house with an acre is around $500,000 for something built in the 60's or 70's. If I head south to Sacramento or San Francisco......oh jeez.
I’m in Santa Clarita CA and it’s ridiculous in Los Angele. I need more space but the cost is what might keep me out of the new bronco. I have 3 toys( 2- 67 chevelle Malibu and a Harley Dyna) only debt is the house but 50k bronco money could put 30k into a bigger house and 20k to do LS swaps into one of the chevelles and it would be worth more than the bronco. im sure many people will drop their reservations. I might also. My Yukon Denali is reliable and I love no payments

Get both! 87% chance that I can get a Bronco and enough supplies to get me through 2021 without resorting to the neckbeards.
