Bronco Cactus Grey + Sherwin Williams garage wall paint match

Hey all! I check the forum often for tips, insider info, etc. Just did a garage makeover this week and wanted to paint the walls to match my ‘23 OBX in Cactus Grey. Searched the forum and couldn’t find any info. In case anyone else wants to do this in the future I thought I would post my results here! Ended up using Unusual Grey from Sherwin Williams and it is a dead match. Looks AMAZING! Simiron Safari Polyurea flooring. Workbench finished in SW Braintree. Here’s the before and after!

Make sure there was overspray and not much paint behind the shelves for that truly authentic Ford look.

All kidding aside, very nice color for a garage. Looks great.

Nice garage. Did you use drywall or some other product for the walls? My garage is currently a disaster area. I'd like to cover the walls, but with all the rain/humidity and critters in my area, I'm concerned drywall will not hold up or get moldy.

Yep. Just sheet rock, mud, two coats primer, two coats paint. I live in Charlotte NC so it gets fairly hot and humid here too. Put in some insulation and you should be fine!

Yeah that looks great! love the floor also. Hey i have two of these i use that i put under the top to move it around on my floor easily. Until i can get a hoist installed.

kind of hard to see in the pic but I have a bike that matched my Mustang (had to sell the stang )
