I just saw the news maverick dash and it looks great compared to the Bronco's digital tach dash.
It seems like the bronco is the only ford dash that has what looks like a gas gauge for a tachometer.

Picture? Link to picture?
First picture ir 22 Maverick
Second picture is 21 Bronco Sport
Third picture is 21 Bronco
The Bronco's tachometer looks like a fuel gauge.
The other ones looks good and all the other Ford dashboards looks right but the Bronco just doesn't look right!

It's kinda funky because it's not a symmetrical cluster. Our brains like symmetry. But, the bigger display is a nice feature, even if part of it is taken up with redundant mph info.

That tach is reminiscent of the quirky tach design in the '69 Torino 429 Cobra.

Just wondering why Ford can't setup the dash like all the other dashboards they have?
If they want to use it put it in a Fiesta.

It didn't look good in the Torino but you could strap a sun tachometer on the steering column.

This is the Torino tachometer above the light switch and the wiper switch under the beginning of the speedometer.
Just as stupid as the Bronco.
But you can not strap a tachometer to the steering column on the Bronco.

Doesn't look like the Maverick could display most of the off-road info the Bronco does - pitch, tire pressure, the list goes on.

Realistically the biggest problem with the Bronco display is they should have put an analog tach instead of an analog speedo. Most people are used to digital speedometers now anyway, and it's all that's needed. Whereas there are benefits to having a digital tach.

I feel like the Bronco Dash could use improvements, or at least customize it to give a more "classic" look with gauges and none of this bar graph nonsense.
Why cant they make it like MyColor or the F150 digital dash?

while I think the dash is a bit odd/silly, I don't really care, but I also have to wonder, in all my decades of driving, I've not once looked at the RPMs on the tach, ever. No matter what car, I shifted by ear. Maybe I looked at it once when I tried to max out my parent's Benz on the Autobahn (just a bit over 200Km/h) a long time ago. Do many of you actually look at that during driving? Why?
Not trolling, serious question, I never felt I needed to know the RpM.
