I ordered a new grille and letters from the body shop at my dealer. And had to have them painted. The original plan was to paint the grille gloss black and the letters white like a WT/FE grille. But the guy said the letters came delivered white so they didn’t paint them and just glued them in as they came. I’m thinking I’m getting short changed here and they should have painted it. What do you think? I haven’t seen it yet.

Not sure mine looked painted white but maybe they come that way. I know my painter said it was easy to paint them matte black. I just need to paint the gray plastic pieces black in the background of the bumper.

Thank you. Thinking about maybe the oracle letters in the future but I want to see more installbpics before I buy.

I opted for FORD PERFORMANCE OEM MATTE BLACK GRILLE EMBLEM OVERLAYS - from StickerFab. Comes with 3M automotive adhesive tape and affix over the OEM Bronco letters. They look great. Cost is $102. Available in multiple color options.

It's kind of funny that some of you with the white letters want them to be matte black. My 2022 Base Sasquatch came with black letters and black grille. I kind of liked it when I got it but thought the letters should be white. But the more I look at it now, I love the look of the totally black grille and it will stay that way.

Haha! I put blue letters on my BaseSquatch when I got it....But then Ford killed the Base, and when I see the black letters on a Base when on the road, I think 'cool another Base!'.
We're in an exclusive club! I may take the colored letters off.

BTW, the colored letter overlays are only about $25 on Amazon.

Where did you order the HPR overlay letters from? I'm having a hard time finding those.

The early Broncos have Painted plastic letters, the later ones are molded in color White plastic.

Pretty sure from factory they are white plastic lettering and not painted. I don't have access to my other pics rn but you can somewhat peek I installed TUFSKINZ domed HPR overlays (from their eBay store) on the wife's Bronco. Been searching high and low for direct HPR replacement lettering but digging how the white accents the overlays. Wife approves so that's all that matters.
