Bronco Hard Top 2.0 Cracking

Hey guys, I got my 2 door base Bronco back in late September, and this weekend I realized that the hard top is starting to split on both sides near the side windows. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I thought these were issues that were left in the past after the first batch of hard top issues. Pictures attached below.

I took it to my local service center, they took photos to send to Ford, and gave me a receipt of my visit. I will keep you guys updated.

It's on both sides, 2 cracks on the driver's side window, 1 on the passenger. I have yet to take the rear panel off, just the front panels.

As others have stated on this forum, the hard top is sort of low quality. I'll check it before I vinyl wrap it, not that it will make a difference.

I thought they had fixed the main issues. I even got mine ceramic protected, and still after 1700 miles it starts cracking

They are all cracked. Or will crack. Mine are below the glass, but I’ve seen it both ways in the wild. Haven’t seen corners and bottom at same time, yet.

I’ll spoil the surprise for you. Ford will come back with “this is not a warranty replacement issue”.

That's severely disappointing. What's the point of a warranty that doesn't cover their terrible build quality? Sigh. Appreciate the info.

They should have made it out of aluminum.

If you look further, there is also a thread with Ford info on determining if it was warranty or not. Might have been a TSB or just dealer info? Been a while.

Sorry you have to deal with the issue. You would think by now they’d have it figured out.

Mine is like this but only on one side. I took it to my dealership and the sales manager and the other service advisors couldn't believe it.
I take it back on December 28th when the Ford rep is there. They said that Ford will warranty it for me.
