So I had a bad window slap when it was about 2-4" down. They issued a SSM about it and took it in to have it adjusted. That adjustment made the window seal up against the seal much better than it was from the factory. You can search for the window slap issue on here. The adjustment is very easy to do yourself. This might help your gap issue.

Last Friday it was while it 0° out and snowing with 40mph winds, I open my door when leaving work to find some snow on the front and back passenger seats. This is with the hardtop.

When I had left for work that morning I had to wrestle with the windows free as they were frozen solid and tried to close on the outside of the window seal when I closed the door. I had to pull over after a few blocks to mess with the back window, which was letting wind noise in. I spent 45mins on the highway with no further wind noise so I'm faily confident they were sealed when the snow made it in.

Good morning! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your seal concern on my end.

Has anyone seen a leak on the rear glass door? The white stuff in the table is road salt.

Anyone else had leaks after washing their bronco? I hand wash with a garden hose and noticed droplets of water on my rear seats over the late summer and fall. Could never pin point the location of the water but assumed it was somewhere near the B pillar. After the cold weather hit this week, I noticed my bronco was whistling like crazy and noticed snow coming through the passenger side b pillar. After investigating I could see daylight coming through the inside of the roll bar on the passenger B pillar. The weather seals on both sides look terrible and there is a clear hole in one of the weather strips. Has anyone had a similar situation resolved by ford or a dealer service department?

I know this post was a while back but did u ever get a fix for the gap seals by the b pillars. I have 2 dr hardtop and both sides are exactly like yours. Kind of curious if u were ever given a solution. Right now my service guy says he has to wait until some stock comes in to compare. Haha

Guess this is the reason Motortrend says there is a Bronco pickup in 2025. Gets rid of half the top and associated problems

Ya so I’ve seen articles and pictures of other hard top seals that look identical to mine, trying to find out if any of these are caused by removal and improper replacement or if these seals or front panels are for a 4 door instead of 2. The seal is too short to stretch that gap. I feel the seals are wrong part or there is a piece missing??? Mine is a 21 manufactured 12/21. I just became new owner, only 4000 miles but not sure if these seals were like that when it was new or if previous owner or dealer caused the gap somehow.
