It's a dealer bulletin, so i'm not sure if its something I can post (i'm sure someone will). I can tell you that I ordered parts for one of my customers and the parts consisted of an airbag as well as a center cluster instrument trim panel. I can't speak for all regions, but for me parts were about 2 days out. The labor allowance to install them is 1.7 hours, so once your dealer gets the parts it should be quick. Ask your dealer to review the dealer bulletin associated with 21C23, which was updated on 12/20.
Confirmed with dealer this morning that the fix has been released.
Parts ordered however now being informed that parts are showing backordered from Ford.

It never ends...........

They didn't specify, just said "parts". Trying to get more details.
Either way it requires both.

I am assuming it is the same part for all of ours unless the trim is different for a FE vs Wild Track.
Would need to see the dealer bulletin to see if parts were listed specific to each model trim.

Massbronco - does the bulletin specify if it is the same parts for all models or does it break out by model?

I had them order my airbag weeks ago, so I have that at least. They only had 9 in stock at that time

Airbag is the same, there are 4 different part numbers on the trim panels depending on model and screen size

Thanks Massbronco!

So depending on the Model/Trim, if both parts are available some of us may get our 2021 Broncos in 2021.

I'm beginning to believe the "F" in First Edition stands for something else.

My dealership told me today that they have the parts on order and they should be here in 4-10 days.

My dealer said they got no news. Canā€™t imagine anything is different in the Canadian marketā€¦ so hopefully the info comes through soon.

The rare time I actually need a car, Iā€™m driving my 2001 BMW Z3 M Coupe in the snow and salt. Didnā€™t think it would come to this. šŸ˜’

Make sure to call your dealership to keep them on top of this. Mine had no clue as far as the update to the recall, so it isn't safe to assume all dealerships are aware.

Maybe these issues are what's holding up all the 12/6 builds...

New builds have airbags available, they were just screwing over the people who were part of the recall as well as were stuck on Dirt Mountain. We're in a special sort of purgatory. Soft tops that were released before the recall are still in owner's possession, and Broncos built after August whatever the date was are fine. There's just a little batch between June and mid-August were effed up.

For those with FEā€™s, the center trim piece that is to be ordered with the airbag is by model and it didnā€™t list FE. Dealer confirmed and ordered but he didnā€™t confirm what resolution was . If anyone needs more info I can go back and ask again.
