That video only shows a fraction of what is out there.

I noticed in the "torture test" video the front driveshaft and axles are constantly rotating meaning
1. The operator was running in 4wd
or
2. There are no vacuum (IWE?) operated front hubs
or
3. It had the 4A transfer case which would allow the front to spin constantly

My question: does the Bronco have vacuum or other front hub (IWE?) disengagement or is it constantly engaged?

anyone else notice the hood popping up when going over the simulated potholes? also at the end, looked like the rear wheel developed a wobble, probs a bent axle lol.
that is the whole point of testing lol so it doesn't happen when the customer never does that

I think that your question is pretty hard answer as “it depends”. Is the snow in question on a hard surface, a soft surface that is wet? Assuming a flat grade or an uphill grade? Tough questions. Or on more hard/packed/ or semi packed snow? I would carry my chains and be prepared to dig but I suspect that a foot of decent snow could be handled, again, given the conditions are right.

I hope to see some cold weather testing soon. Those of us who see snow and freezing temps have our own durability issues when the water turns to ice for weeks at a time.
