I'm here for this!! LFGWith so many 2 doors being delayed I wonder if this could result in some 4 doors getting moved up.

If I had my way we’d all be driving around enjoying these things! It’s just crazy to see people with 2 door builds saying they’ve been delayed 3 weeks. I doubt Ford is going to just sit on the extra wheels, gears, Lux packages etc.Brad if I didn't know you better I would say you are trying to stir the pot .
Yes...I think that’s why Henry wanted to control every aspect of his supply chain!
Might learn a lesson from the past.
So it looks like Ford is punting a lot of 2 doors to August. Any glimmer of hope they will pull back into July once Ford has a handle on the scope?Just got cleared to share a bit more. Many of the 2 door floor pans are being delivered from FlexNGate damaged, apparently due to the logistics surrounding the transport racks.
MAP has an area set up to repair them but it is obviously causing delays in getting the body shop moving on 2 doors in appreciable numbers.
A longer-term solution is in the works but I can't say for certain how long that will take.

I just called as well. My 2dr was bumped to 8/2 now.Just called Ford and my 2-door Badlands was pushed from 6/28 to 7/19 to 8/16. No email was sent for any of the delays. Kind of comical at this point...
This can't be normal. I know way too much information about this whole process. I'm going to miss the days where I bought off the lot.Webasto #2....another purpose built plant in MI - for 150/Bronco/Ranger
I can't understand how 'transport logistics' weren't nailed down after 3 months of Bronco production. This can't be normal.
We're just learning of it...it may have been happening all along.I can't understand how 'transport logistics' weren't nailed down after 3 months of Bronco production.
Supplier not using the correct shipping racks or the floor pans are getting damaged before they are loaded in the shipping racks. There could be a bunch of different variables.I can't understand how 'transport logistics' weren't nailed down after 3 months of Bronco production.
Are they trying to Uber these parts to MAP on the cheap?Supplier not using the correct shipping racks or the floor pans are getting damaged before they are loaded in the shipping racks. There could be a bunch of different variables.
Design flaw in the racks that wasn't exposed until full(er) loads were being transported.Supplier not using the correct shipping racks or the floor pans are getting damaged before they are loaded in the shipping racks. There could be a bunch of different variables.
They might get to MAP undamaged if they did use Uber. Are they trying to Uber these parts to MAP on the cheap?
