Thanks for the information.

Should this be in the “Ordering, Pricing, Production, Tracking, Delivery” sub forum?

Mods, can we get this moved???
I'm pretty sure Doug is aware what sub-forum it is posted under. He IS the "Mods". 🙃

Nice to see numbers bump up over last year after 4 consecutive months trending down.

I know pricing largely stayed the same for the 2025s vs 2024s, but I still think prices are too high vs. original pricing.

The plant builds them, the dealers sell them. If dealers aren’t willing to negotiate then units sit on lots.

Yikes... so almost 40K more produced than sold? Which would take 5 months of sales to clear out?

The sales only report US sales. I'm guessing most of inventory left are going to Canada and other international destinations.

I don't think Ford sells even 10k Broncos in Canada annually. They are just too expensive up here as a base 2 door Badlands starts at over $66k up here making them strictly for enthusiasts as most people that want an SUV at these price ranges will buy a BMW X3 or something.

Autotrader shows 35,771 unsold 2024s on dealer lots currently. I'm amazed to see Ford actually pushing bigger inventory out in October given where the sales of these things are trending right now. They've developed quite an inventory problem on this vehicle and the combination of huge MSRP increases the last 2 years in conjunction with not giving the vehicles enough dealer incentives (or adjusting MSRP downwards) has led to a real mess for them right now.

It's a great time to buy if you want a deep discount. Something has to give (lowered production, lowered prices, or way more incentives) to get the market balanced again.

And Jeep telling 1100 factory workers not to come in.
That’s the Stellantis way. Cut production but keep prices high.

There are 30K new 2024 Wranglers on dealers lots which is compared to the number of new Broncos. Ford has decided to keep production up and probably will offer fat rebates on 24s soon. I.e $6K rebate on 23s will happen on 24s.

Prices are still stupid, but I am also surprised the Ranger was about half that of the Bronco in terms of production. I guess the Maverick is selling pretty well they aren't pushing the mid-sized aa much.

I live in Alberta and there's no problem selling them here. But our economy is booming and people like their trucks and SUVs.

And the Maverick-based small van, replacing the Transit Connect in North America, is on the way.
