After driving it off road for a half day I can day this thing is an absolute monster for a stock vehicle. I drove a first ed and had zero issues with any of the trail. Some was easy but there are a few parts that definitely have pucker factor. To all those who drove it on the road and are complaining of how it compares to jeep; You. Are. Missing. the. Point!

Nice the wife and I will be there next weekend.
I was not disappointed in the least.

A few things I noticed that I haven't seen mentioned.

A/C - works great. My daughter wanted to drive with her window open and the one guide was getting in and out of our Bronco since we were the lead vehicle and I was comfortable all day. Temp was 95°F w/ ~70% humidity. The guide who rode with us said with the windows up it's like am ice box.

Today we did mostly rock crawling. We spent the whole time in 4L which was definitely the right call. When they have you use the trail control its all I could do to not use the brakes. It's kind of of freaky feeling but it handles like a champ. The amount of roll they can take without tipping is impressive.

I thought it would be more tame and 75% is but I'm actually shocked at some of the portions they had us on with some of the drivers literally never having gone off road at all.

At no point did I think I didn't have enough power. I say that having had an '89 Bronco with a 302 and a '96 with a 351. The key is to use the engine right. Use low when crawling use high when in Baja, it's plenty. We did some pretty steep climbs and it was fine. Now will I be happy with it when I'm trying to race a car on the road? Nope. But that's not why I'm buying a Bronco! If you want to race a Jeep with a 392 go get a Mustang... I would put this up against a Jeep with a 392 off road in a heartbeat.

Our guide (who I won't name to protect the in somewhat innocent) said he's had them on 49° pitch, going very slow of course, and didn't tip. He's a Ford test engineer and said he's rolled them at least 6 times. He said he rolled one with a hard top and though it scratched it up is still fine. They rolled a Sport which sat on its head for 4 days and after they got a group out and tipped it on its wheels they drive it out!

All the Broncos from the Off-Roadeo will be crushed. That'll be a sad day...

Did they why? Part of safety testing? Seems like a huge waste of materials.

The ones in Texas are all pre-production vehicles. All pre-production vehicles will be crushed. It's standard practice.

It grinds my plums they use a two door with a SOFT TOP, but don’t build and sell a two door soft top. I would really like to meet the *&$ #$@* at Ford and ask them to explain.
