In the last few days I see a high number of people on FB with QC issue. From someone getting a new top that looks spray painted, to the window not working when opening doors, to someone who gets manufacturing tools in the trunk it seems that Ford is rushing production with little QC.
Curious to know if you have had any issue so far?

I’ve had mine for about 2 months and about 4K miles and don’t have any mechanical quality concerns. However, outside of the MIC top, I do have a few pretty sloppy and terrible paint imperfections. I’m hoping to have them corrected via warranty. The one paint defect (passenger a pillar) kind of shocks me that it made it past QC.

You'll get more votes. "I don't have a Bronco" will top your poll...
That's right but so far 100% of those who have a Bronco voted yes they have an issue.

I wish we get a hundred of yes/no answer to see the trend.

How about we do this survey when we all have our Broncos?

NOBODY ANSWER. DON'T GIVE THEM A REASON TO DELAY ANY LONGER!

This is as much an indictment on dealers as it is on the factory.

I didn't vote yet because I'm not sure I would call mine a major QC problem per se.

This one is more annoying than anything, I have a loose item in the roll bar above the driver seat. I've pinpointed it to be above a piece of plastic trim, but I'm not sure how to remove the trim to get the item out. Dealer looked it up on the service side and there were no directions to get this particular piece off. Going to let them mess with it so I don't break any of the tabs trying to solve a mostly non-issue. Maybe a nut or bolt? Should be easy to fix.

The windows flop when you open the doors but seems like they all do that. Hoping they have an update to fix it.

The cowl trim piece doesn't sit flat, dealer said they all are like that because the tabs are too short to grab. Guessing they will make a revised trim piece and replace it down the road. You can only see it when the hood is open and you know where to look.

Well, at least it matches the color of the Bronco. :)

I've had mine since August 11 and I noticed water leaking from the passenger side A-pillar during the first rain. I took it to the dealer and they sent it to a "specialist", they claim they found the issue, but the part is on back order for who knows how long. I'm not confident they actually found the issue or that it will be fixed.

Keep us posted on that roll bar situation. Rather than a loose item, I have a few pieces of trim that seem to have come undone in that area and I can't quite figure out how to snap them back in place. A proper approach would help I'm sure..

I'm not sure if mine is a QC issue or if the dealer broke my soft-top before delivery, but 2 of the clips that hold the driver's side edge of the rear panel to the bracket/rib are broken. Dealer said they'll take care of it, so it's not a huge issue (yet).
