The train may be officially coming off the tracks. Looks like there will be more downtime the week of 8/16 and/or 8/23. In the spirit of tempering expectations, I'd anticipate some of the August production scheule getting blown up.

Plant brass meeting this morning.

Ross, there seems to be a fair amount of soft top orders that are stuck "in production" for weeks now. Later blend dates with similar builds and even at the same dealerships are receiving shipping notices. Neither dealers nor Ford marketing can shed any light. My dealer even thought it was odd. Any chance you know something? Asking for a friend.

7/1 email -- Production week of August 16th
7/31 email -- Production moved to week of August 23rd
8/6 email -- Production moved to week of August 30th
8/7 email -- Production moved to week of September 20th

Apparently they had an epiphany on the 7th! Oh well, they've got 6 weeks to delay it even further.

It's sad, this country once had an amazing industrial complex. Now everything is outsourced, aircraft manufacturers design jets to crash, auto manufacturers don't realize they need to order (functional/operational) parts to assemble vehicles, and the list goes on. What a turd we're handing to the next generation.

Latest word, from my dealer (Ford hasn't communicated ):

Production moved to the week of October 25th.

Not sure if it'll be a MY21 or 22.

Curious and sorry if you posted an answer -- did you have a built date AND blend date and sticker? I do have all three. Tomorrow is the week it's supposed to happen... Let's see. If not there must be a new issue....?

No blend date, that I'm aware of.

Reservation date, order date, numerous production dates/weeks, and VIN. Haven't seen a sticker yet.

The blend date would be if they generated a window sticker like I got last week. So -- I will let the forum know if I too have hit the wall yet again -- here's hoping I haven't but certainly feel you.

He was on another message board I moderate and he hasn't posted much of anything since the shitshow launch in Fall 2021. Doesn't look like he's been active here going by his post history either. So I wouldn't read too much into it.

This shit is weird. Part of the reason the sites so popular is because of people like premierdrum. So site benefits then bans? Dood wasn’t posting top secret national security info. He simply filled a vacuum Ford created with their horrible communication and roll out.

Getting “disappeared” on B6G should be a badge of honor.
