I’m just waiting on it to drop. Then all the complainers will be loud for a few weeks then eventually buy one or fade away.

its like that every time a refresh or new mustang model comes out on the mustang forums as well

My entire take away from this mini rant is that he did not say 'no SFA'.

boys, there's still hope!

To be fair, he didn't say it would have any axles at all, so the Bronco might be on skis like a tobboggan according to that. Which works fine in snow or maybe sand, but I think it would be worse than an SFA on the highway. Probably OK on most downhills, but it would suck at rock crawling.

But he did say the base engine is a 2.3 EcoBoost with a 10 spd auto - rather than a choice of a 10 spd auto or a 7 spd manual. :frown:

Where else am I supposed to piss and moan about not getting a V8 unless your saying that it will be reserved for the 2022 Full Size F150 based Bronco?! Haha

Gonna need to get out my calculator to figure out all of the double negatives around here!

I appreciate ChrispyKCs insight.. If anything it has double confirmed stuff I have heard elsewhere.

Eff it, I'm joining too.
Personally, I'm really Peed Off that none of the pictured parts off a full on custom one-off desert racer will be on the sub-$30k Bronco when it gets built. It's gonna just be a grocery getter competition for the VW Tiguan.
Frack Ford and their grocery getters.
I'm buying a Jeep. They got big tires AND solid axles AND are available NOW!

What kind of smoker do you use?
I'm asking for two reasons:
1. I'm generally curious. I use an electric one and am decently satisfied with the results. I'll probably move to a stick burner someday, but for now, the ease of set and (mostly) forget works for me/my lifestyle at this point.
For whatever reason, I've got my brisket technique working pretty good, to great reviews.....but I'm nowhere near on ribs that I'd rave about.

2. Can't wait to see all negative nelly's shit all over whatever is brought up. Of course, if you're a stick burner guy, I fully expect you to shit all over my electric machine, especially since you've moved over to the dark side now. LOL

This is what I did, now it’s up to Ford to pull me away from my Jeep.

I’m sure they’ll be successful though

Prior to "The UAW Bronco Leak", I had whole heartedly written off there ever being a modern Bronco replacement. Obviously at that point, I was looking towards Jeep also. My neighbor had a BEAUTIFUL Rubicon and LOVED it. He was addicted to changing cars at no longer than 2 years intervals. The Jeep was the longest he ever owned a car. Had to trade it for a boat towing vehicle.
They have a certain rugged appeal, like my Early Broncos....and the new Bronco absolutely must capture that again.
