Long before the actual Ranger truck. In 1972 Ford introduced the Bronco Ranger package. A little later they even did an explorer package. My 6G is just a tribute to the Ranger package. The Ranger package had these stripes on them and the tire cover as well as a color matching houndstooth interior.Whats a "Bronco Ranger"

It looks like it is getting more popular. This year I saw that it is a part of the Moab Easter jeep safari. But they are running it the opposite direction from what I did. I might have to go back this summer and try it the other way.I did this trail as part of my San Rafael Swell trip last summer. Fantastic drive. My daughter did most of that trail, we switched places when she was too nervous to go down the ledges along the way.
If you take a group, I'd be interested in going.Sure. Just let me know when you are coming again and I will see if I am
Eagle canyon is pretty mellow. But that being said. My wife does not like off road either. And she would not have liked the drive but would have loved the scenery. The racetrack part she would have been miserable. There are lots of hiking trails for sure. And as mentioned, bring extra gas if you are staying longer then 2 days and doing driving each day, especially if you are in a 2 door.If you take a group, I'd be interested in going.
That said, how difficult is the section from essentially the eagle canyon rest stop to the swasey cabin? My wife is anti hard trails and anti off-roading in general but loves the swell and hiking. Ie if the off-roading gets us to place with interesting hikes/sights off-roading is ok. So If that section is relatively mild she might like it since it looks like there is some good site seeing and local hiking and camping opportunities in the area.

I’ve never been so hesitant to organize but happy to help. I’m located in SLCOk so who is going to be in charge of putting this trip together? How many from Utah? And how many from states
