I'm disappointed that Ford created such an ineffective cluster arrangement for the "standard" models such that a normal instrument layout would come across as "deluxe." Really bad design philosophy on their part.

With that said, I expect aftermarket fixes to be more cost effective for the "standard" cluster.

There may be some hope still left. If it’s possible here I don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible from the raptor to the bronco.

The Bronco comes with an 8" gauge cluster screen. The Raptor comes with a 12" screen. I wonder if there is space to fit the 12" screen without other modifications?

Yes Bronco Cluster is an 8" screen plus a Analog speedo display. Raptor cluster is a 12' screen with no analog speedo.

Forscan for the win

I will do the Bronco Raptor LCD cluster in the Bronco for sure. I think I will be an even easier swap than in the Maverick!

I welcome the posts. The last time that happened with the aux switches, everyone in the Bronco community made posts with all the data I needed to stitch together, install them, and support a "yes you can" answer. Maybe I'll do it again?

Of note, it's been successfully done in the Mustangs, so it's only a matter of time.

It’s definitely doable the question I’m really excited to answer Is if there’s an interface design for the non-raptor bronco. If they really were planning on putting that option in the Lux package then it should be possible to pull up a regular bronco graphics package too in Forscan.

Really shouldn’t be an issue. You can plug and play an 18+ Mustang cluster to a 15-17 Mustang of any trim level. The features that are on the newer car like active exhaust don’t work, but everything else that the 15-17 has works as normal. Raptor graphics wouldn’t bother me - as long as the normal functions are all operational

I’m thinking the lead engineer was a fan of Knight Rider but they wouldn’t let him go all in on it. They should have. I’ll definitely pay to make the 12” full digital swap when available.

One thing to note for when you guys order the cluster... once you order the new cluster do not drive it while you wait.

You have to give your mileage when you order and the new cluster comes preprogrammed with that mileage, then the techs program the cluster to the vehicle. If you continue to drive you're mileage will be off, although it does help resale value lol

Those Maverick people are making it super easy for us when we swap the Bronco raptor cluster into the bronco. They have done a lot of forscan research. Also maybe the wildtrak gets the Raptor cluster in 2023 which will make it even easier for us.
