Who wants to bet this was originally planned for lux package broncos before supply chain issues?

Let’s see if it’s included for 2023.

More reliability

lol!

Same cluster in the F150 Raptor BUT with different programming.

Mixed feelings about this. Like the concept, but don't think I'd want the 1st generation of this tech in my Bronco.

No way .. if you give this to everyone then it does not distinguish base products from Ford performance products.

For example .. let's give sway bar disconnect to every trim.

If you ask me it was because in the original launch stuff, they talked about an upgraded IC (instrument cluster) being available on higher trims, just never said it was Lux.

The instrument cluster doesn’t differentiate for performance from non-Ford performance. That’s the separate engine the completely separate suspension the exhaust the configurable buttons. This digital instrument cluster is in mid-level mustangs not to mention mid level F150s. Every other manufacturer has a digital instrument cluster. Period. It’s hard to believe Ford engineers during focus groups weren’t receiving complaints about the redundant current instrument cluster. I bet their answer was this digital instrument cluster as a reason to upgrade to Lux but then they found out they wouldn’t be able to produce it in any meaningful numbers. Same thing with the HOSS 3.0 for wildtrak. I bet it was suppose to be there from launch.

I will say when I bought a new 2019 F150 XLT, you couldnt get the digital dash, it would have had to been a Lariat to get it. I was kind a pissed.

Ugh, no. Higher trims of most Ford models have had this digital display for years. Has nothing to do with FP.
